Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the PokoFit mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use PokoFit
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, you must meet that requirement. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to accept these Terms.
2. Accounts
You may use limited features as a guest. Account-based features may require Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and account and for activity conducted through it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may require reauthentication to protect your account.
3. The Service
PokoFit helps users plan and record workouts, build routines, receive reminders, view progress, and participate in optional fitness groups. Features may change as the Service develops. Internet access and a compatible device may be required for synchronization, groups, purchases, and account recovery.
Health notice. PokoFit is a general wellness and fitness tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Stop exercising and seek qualified medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or another concerning symptom.
4. Your content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as your nickname, profile image, workout records, and group interactions. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
You must not misuse the Service, break applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, harass others, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, reverse engineer except where law permits, automate abusive access, or use the Service to distribute malware or spam. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
5. Groups and community safety
Information shared in a group may be visible to other group members. Choose what you share carefully. Reporting and blocking tools do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be detected immediately. We may review reports and related content, take proportionate action, and cooperate with lawful requests.
6. Paid features and subscriptions
Some features may require an in-app purchase or subscription processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are shown by the applicable store before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before renewal. Store rules and mandatory consumer law govern billing and refunds. Deleting PokoFit does not itself cancel a subscription.
7. Service diagnostics and measurement
We may use Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and improve reliability. These tools process technical, usage, and diagnostic information as explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not intend to use crash logs to collect workout notes, profile content, or other sensitive information.
8. Intellectual property
Except for your content, the Service—including software, visual design, characters, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials—is owned by CJH22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material or repeated breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, prolonged inactivity where permitted, or discontinuation of the Service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.
10. Availability and disclaimers
We work to provide a reliable Service, but it may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CJH22 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, or safety requirements. We will post the updated Terms and effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable advance notice through the Service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise we will request consent.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving you of mandatory protections under the law where you reside. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable procedural law will resolve disputes. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns promptly.

These Terms are available in English and Korean. Both are intended to have the same meaning. If an inconsistency exists, the Korean version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
